The Wind Ridge Home Owners Association is governed by a Board of Directors and day-to-day management is assigned to a professional management company employed by your Board.
Normally, your first contact when you have questions is the management company since they work on the day in and day out issues such as questions about HOA violations or routine questions such as how to get permission to paint your home in a new color.
Occasionally, there are issues which require the attention of the whole board. For example, if a homeowner feels an HOA fine has been applied inappropriately, they can contact the board directly since the board's email addresses are published here.
