We Have Meetings
The Wind Ridge Estates Homeowners Association is governed by a
Board of Directors who are elected by you, the members of the HOA and operate under the Wind Ridge HOA By-Laws. These Directors serve in a volunteer capacity and are not compensated for their services.
The Board has contracted with a management service firm to provide professional management services for us. Some of these management services include: monitoring CC&R compliance, supervising common area maintenance contracts, billing and collection services, insurance administration, web site support and architectural compliance coordination.
In order to carry out their responsibilities to Wind Ridge residents, the Board meets every quarter. Board and Annual meetings will usually be conducted online via Zoom. The date for the 2024 Annaul meeting is shown below:

Our Board meetings are open to all residents of Wind Ridge and our residents are encouraged to attend so they can observe their Board in action. It is always possible that the Board may have to go into executive (closed) session to discuss confidential matters concerning residents.
