Our HOA Documents

All of the important HOA documents you may need can be found on this page. Many of these documents define the "rules and regulations" of our HOA and you are encouraged to become familiar with them since you have agreed to follow them.

The CC&Rs

From time to time, you may desire to make physical improvements to your property. For example, these improvements could be the construction of decking, expanded living spaces, storage sheds, external antennas, patio covers, gazebos, swimming pools or a children's play fort. In addition, you may find need to replace your fencing periodically, paint your home with a new color, or replace your roof. These items (and others) are typically governed by our deed restrictions which are more commonly called the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions or CC&Rs. It is your responsibility to assure that any home improvements conform with neighborhood preservation standards and our CC&Rs.

The ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE

If you are contemplating an improvement to your property, here is the procedure to follow. Do not start any work. Obtain an Architectural Request Form from our management service or download and print a copy using the link on this page. Complete this form and submit it to the Architectural Committee following the procedure on the form. To avoid delays, you are also encouraged to submit supporting documents or drawings along with the form. You can also contact the HOA Architectural Review Committee (ARC) directly via email to ask any questions.

ARC has 30 days to respond to requests but in most cases ARC will respond within a week. Once ARC approves your project, you may begin work.
