This may seem like an odd referral but it is very hard to find someone that comes to you and measures all windows and those darn arches that so many of us have.  He makes the blinds at his shop and brings and installs them within a week.  A lot more reasonable than Home Depot.  Has done 4 of my houses complete with various colors of large faux wood blinds.
